Superdrugs B. Hyaluronic Acid Spritz - £8.99

I have been wanting to shout about this product since I first used it! But obviously I had to try it out for a little while before boasting about how amazing it is! I can assure you I've tried and tested it for over a month now and I am still so impressed!

Firstly, let's talk about Hyaluronic acid- something I've heard a lot about prior to purchasing this. I was a bit apprehensive to start off with only because you don't usually tend to hear the words acid and face with great connotations, in the same sentence. The thought of acid on my face, sounded quite harsh so this sort of put me off it at first. Another reason is, because over the years my skin has been quite sensitive, it's getting better now, but I still need to think twice before experimenting with new products.

I was surprised to find out that Hyaluronic acid can actually be found in our skin naturally. The main purpose of Hyaluronic acid is to improve the hydration of the skin. There are many ways to implement this acid in our skins through things like supplements, oils, moisturisers and spritz'.

Before I used this spritz I had a lot of misconceptions. I was expecting it to have a medicinal smell to it and once I applied it I expected it to sting in a way- silly I know.

The first time I applied this spray I was pleasantly surprised. It was freshly fragranced and the texture was thin in consistency. Once applied it leaves my skin feeling fully refreshed and awakens my senses. I tend to use this as part of my night time skin care routine after cleansing and use it once every other day. The morning after, my skin feels soft, supple and fully moisturised. Although my skin is left nicely moist, it is far from oily- which tends to happen from some spritz'.

I haven't yet implemented this in my make up routine as I don't see a need for it in there. But I've seen many reviews where people have used it to prep & prime their skin ready for make up. I can imagine this to create a smooth base for it.

Although the price can seem quite hefty for a drugstore spritz, this product is usually on offer. When I purchased it, it was half price so I picked up two, I'm so glad I did as it's simply amazing and I'm already running low!
